Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the Gardemanger, Entremétier, Saucier and Patisserie areas in the Caesar Ritz and Del Ponte restaurants
• You coordinate the kitchen stations and sculleries
• You work closely with the head chef
• You deputise for the head chef and manage the team of around 15 chefs with him/her
• You help with orders, work schedules, internal training, quality management, etc.
• Offer planning, menu design and calculation are part of your tasks
• You ensure that everything runs smoothly at all stations
• You help with the co-organisation and implementation of F&B events
• Work closely with the F&B manager and restaurant manager

• You have completed training as a chef
• You have already gained professional experience in the upscale catering and hotel industry
• You have a well-groomed appearance
• You are passionate about working in all positions
• You have a structured, organised and creative way of working
• You have a high level of quality awareness
• You are resilient, reliable and work independently
• You are characterised by your ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• You are a service-orientated person with a love of detail and perfection
• German and English language skills
• Professional experience in Switzerland is an advantage
