Your tasks:

• You are the contact person for bookings and actively support your team  
• You process reservation enquiries and bookings quickly and accurately
• Administration and correspondence in German, French and English is no problem for you 
• You have already gained experience with the Protel hotel programme (an advantage) 
• Telephone service, guest bookkeeping, cash management and accounts receivable are a matter of course for you 
• You monitor the reservation and invoice control
• Sales and upselling of various offers in the hotel (spa, wellness, sports, etc.) 
• You ensure that our guests feel welcome from the moment they book
• You are jointly responsible for the booking/processing of group reservations and events 
• You are motivated when it comes to the further development of processes and standards. 

What you should bring with you:

• You have great enthusiasm for the 5-star hotel industry 
• You are a service-orientated person with a love of detail and perfection 
• You have completed training in the hotel or catering industry  
• You have a competent and charming demeanour 
• You love to communicate, on the phone, in chat, by email or in person
• You are a service-orientated person with a reliable way of working and an entrepreneurial mindset 
• You have a good command of German as well as French and English (oral and written)
