Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the ICENSE Bar
• Independent coordination and ensuring that everything runs smoothly are your thing
• You mix and sell cocktails, drinks of all kinds and snacks
• Good wine knowledge is an advantage
• Upselling specialities and current affairs are your passion
• You like to help with events and aperitifs
• Ordering, mise-en-place in the bar area are your tasks
• Organising and conducting training courses for team members
• Assistance with the development of offers
• Personal and cordial guest service
• Active collaboration at the hotel bar with hotel lobby and in room service
• Compliance with, implementation and monitoring of the HACCP hygiene concept
• Collection and preparation of daily accounts
• Close cooperation with the restaurant management

What you should bring with you:

• You take great pleasure in welcoming guests
• You know your way around the world of cocktails and drinks
• You also have experience with the sale of cigars
• You are a service-orientated person with a love of detail and perfection
• You have experience in the hotel and catering industry
• You have a competent demeanour with a well-groomed appearance
• Very good knowledge of German. Foreign languages French and English an advantage
